They are the first contact for all internal questions regarding laws, regulations and understanding legalese in German and English. In addition they are familiar with all particularities of the Money Laundering Act, requirements of the BaFin, or similar regulations in other countries. Moreover, they facilitate regulatory developments in the range of FinTech.
