Who we are.

IDnow Services GmbH offers first-class service in the field of identity verification via video chat. Every day, our 150 colleagues in Leipzig and Munich identify our users through different services during a video conversation.

What we do.

We enable an entirely digital and seamless know-your-customer (KYC) process for our business clients (e.g., banks and insurances) to verify the identity of their end users fast and securely.

Our solutions allow our customers to digitize important processes which is why our technologies are an essential part of their end user acquisition. This makes us a secure and sustainable employer in an increasingly connected world.
