Munich, January 19th 2022, IDnow, a leading provider of Identity Verification-as-a-Service solutions, is pleased to welcome Johannes Meerloo to the management team as Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this role, he will be responsible for the group-wide Operations division.
Johannes Meerloo is a co-founder of identity Trust Management AG, which was acquired by IDnow in 2021. He has spent the last eleven years as Managing Director, Board Member and Chief Operating Officer (COO) there, overseeing the company’s entry into international markets following a comprehensive rebranding. Prior to that, he was a member of the management board of ID 8 GmbH, the predecessor of identity Trust Management AG. He thus has more than 15 years of experience in the identity management sector.
IDnow acquired identity.TM as well as the French market leader ARIADNEXT last year. One of Johannes Meerloo’s first tasks will be to merge the operational areas as a result of these M&A activities. In combination, IDnow will be able to offer customers of the combined companies an optimized service from a single source and across a broad product portfolio, setting new standards in the European market.
